I met these two at an extended family photo session a few years back, and will forever remember their amazing dog who posed perfectly. And while they didn't bring his sweet face to their engagement session (next time please!) I'd have to say that these two took a page from his book and posed pretty much perfectly themselves;).
When Jessica mentioned doing their session on Otter Island in Terence Bay my adventure-loving-heart leapt with joy - before my sensible scaredy-heart started worrying about the weather and the wind lol. It turned out to be a perfect night, with very little of either of those things for me to worry about. The island was just a few mins by boat into the bay and was absolutely awesome, with just a few private cottages on it, some sweet trails through the woods, a great shoreline and an amazing view! It. Was Perfect. Jessica brought her bubbly personality which I LOVE and which totally set this land-luvin' prairie-girl at ease on the boat ride, while Ron was a great sport and perfect captain. Full of ideas and happy to do aaaaallllllll of the shots (even when I said just one more and then made them pose for 10 more minutes ha), Jessica and Ron were the most amazing subjects, and I think it's pretty plain to see the easy love between them. His quiet steadfastness + her upbeat nature = perfection. These two are the perfect match, and I cannot wait for their wedding!
